"The check-in process seemed unusual to us. No one was there when we arrived and we didn't know how to enter the hotel. Fortunately we had a Romanian speaking guide who called the proprietor. Once inside, everything was in fine order. However, the property is not as accessible to the city center as shown in the listing. "

We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. "

After check out, another member of the staff also found me a room where I could work for two hours. "The accommodation was very nice, comfortable, clean, modern and pleasant. Two free beers in the fridge, coffee and water free as welome presents. The 1000 steep steps (partly stairs) up from the town required a bit of fitness though."
