"We did a quick Easter weekend getaway and had the best time. The staff was always there when we needed them, but never overbearing. The food was good, the entertainment team worked very hard, and the view was amazing! We will be coming back!"

"We stayed here last week and we had the time of our lives! Before I booked this resort I did go thru the reviews and it mentioned that food is quite repetitive and that amenities are that great but I would say the opposite, I believe that for the price that we paid this resort exceeded our expectations, I wouldn’t say the same for their restaurants but the food at the buffet is great! They changed their food every single time and some may became repetitive but that’s only for breakfast and sometimes lunch, I love how they always have themes during dinner, I also love the pool and the food they serve during the afternoon the staff are all great too! The hotel is very nice you can notice that it’s an old hotel but they made efforts in making it look like it’s up to date. Overall I would come back to this hotel."

"Rude hotel staff , they didn’t have water for guests on April 5. Started renovating the hotel while guests were still In the hotel. Shut some restaurants and store a day before renovations . They didn’t seem to care for the safety and comfort of the guests"

"This resort was absolutely fantastic! I was hesitant to travel with just myself and my 16-year-old daughter, but everything went so smoothly and we felt extremely safe throughout the trip. The sunscape was beautiful! It exudes a perfect balance of relaxation and activity. The resort was open and airy, and its location was far enough away from Cancun's busier areas. The bartenders were very attentive, and the entire staff was extremely friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, and we always had what we needed. The coffee shop was a hit with my daughter. We treated ourselves to the spa versus taking an excursion, & it was well worth it! We intend to return!"

"Beautiful sunrise from our patio. Staff was GREAT! Pool never overly crowded. Next time would skip the restaurant. We had fruit, 2 cold pancakes that took another 10 minutes for butter and syrup, and one omelet. $45 USD. All we could do was laugh, because it was OUTRAGEOUS for the sad breakfast that we had to wait 40 minutes for. It wasn't busy at all, just very slooooow! "
