"We’ve always stayed here for comfort and convenience. Whilst this is still our preferred city motel in Canberra I feel a few things have dropped off. The pillows are not so comfy. The basic room used to have a Nespresso and nice products in the bathroom whereas now they don’t. I’ve been a little disappointed of late sadly but will still stay here as it’s a very convenient place. "
"When I first checked in, I felt like I was interrupting the staff. There was nothing welcoming about it. Also the bedding arraignment was not what I requested.
The cups in the cupboard were chipped and one was dirty.

"Well located property close to Civic's conveniences shops cafes and restaurants. Convenient to transport by bus to and from the football. Not 5 star but probably 3.5 or 4 star. It suited us for a 3 night stay with friends at a reasonable price."

"A great hotel in an excellent location. Close to restaurants shopping and site seeing offerings. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Staff is very professional and helpful. "

"Overall a great property. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are wonderful. Only suggestions for improvement would be removal of rubbish during the room clean and perhaps better options for those seeking more than vegetarian food (as the onsite restaurant is vegetarian)
Will certainly be back"
