"Lovely hotel with lots of charm and character. Executive suite was spacious and the Executive Lounge had good wine, a few nibbles, and great staff. Service in the room was a little hit and miss, with no replacement toiletries provided, a robe being taken but not replaced, empty wine bottle removed from room but then left outside for 24 hours, used glasses not replaced from morning to night. Also the WiFi in the room and around the hotel was sometimes a little patchy. Spa was nice, and the...
