"The apartment was a home from home. Clean, spacious and all mod cons. The gifts, such as drinks and snacks were very welcome after a long journey...coffee and tea too, which was great as we forgot ours. Lovely garden, which our dog loved, excellent location for the beach, pier and Town. Communication with owner was quick and friendly. Will definitely book again as we go regularly to Clacton-on-Sea to visit family."

"I was in town with extended family for a wedding. This property provided all the space we needed in a comfortable, clean, bright, and welcoming environment. It is centrally located and convenient. Dee answered all questions as they came up before our stay and all went smoothly throughout the trip. If I return to Burnham-on-crouch, I know where I’ll try to stay!"

"This really is an absolutely stunning apartment, whoever decorated it has impeccable taste. The owner had thought of everything, too - so many thoughtful touches. Check-in process was super easy, and location great - right opposite the beach, with easy access into town (about 8 mins walking distance). There's something lovely that's hard to describe about the apartment, too - the light is beautiful, the colours and decor are very soothing, there's a lovely vibe about the place. Highly recommend."

"The property is ideally located next to Christchurch Park and is within easy walking distance of the center of town. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals. The bathroom is modern and clean. "We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather."
