"The room was in a nice quiet part of the hotel and although we didn’t use all of the facilities those on offer were exceptional. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very welcoming and helpful. "What a lovely hotel - couldn't fault it. Had never heard of the brand of hotel before, but all was good. Very quiet hotel so had a peaceful sleep. We eat there too and again, couldn't fault the food or staff - would definitely use this brand of hotel again"

"We had a great stay at the BW Ipswich. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and airy. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Car park conveniently in front of reception. PodPoint EV charger on site. Only a few other guests staying which might be because it's being renovated but we suffered no inconvenience from that at all. Some of the common areas are looking a bit tired and will welcome the forthcoming renovation but our room was freshly decorated and above average size with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Restaurant and gym are not yet re-opened but SkyTV in the bar area was a bonus. A really good VFM weekend stay."
