Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the staff being exceptionally friendly, pleasant, and professional. The breakfast offered an excellent selection of dishes. "Location, staff, breakfast all superb. Our room 101 needs a bit of a refresh. The beds need replacing everytime you move they make a really loud noise. The bathroom needs a refresh. It is too dark, even with both lights on and it is almost impossible to have a shower without soaking the floor or continually banging the tap. Also feel really sorry for the shark - needs to be put in a much bigger tanks!"

"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

"Convenient location to walk around and explore Prague. Castle remain at 25min walking. Powder tower, clock, Tyn, Opera, etc at 15min or less. This is a large hotel, don't expect lot of attention during your stay. Launch at their restaurant is a must ( nice deco, good food). The breakfast buffet isn't really worst it (20euros pp, basic food). Shopping center, restaurant and supermaket are at the corner. "

"Great hotel with one major flaw. First hotel we have seen in 15 years that does not have a public computer for guests to print their own airline boarding passes. All you need is a cheap printer. The woman at the front desk tried for more than 30 minutes to download and print our boarding passes. It was a real hassle to wait in line to do it at the airport. "
