Good place to stay , great breakfast!

Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Hot tub and mini fridge in room with microwave.
Location: location good, not near by the things I needed, but it was good.
Stayed just one night, wish there was hot tub, comfortable. Thought I had microwave and fridge but did not. Staff were very nice and helpful!

Great Customer Service

Pros: Staff's friendly professional service.
Cons: Beds may need to be upgraded.
Location: Boston Chops Steak house is great for dinner.
From check in to check out, five nights and six days, the Hotel staff was courteous, professional and friendly. Room was very clean each day. Beds were just o.k., not the most comfortable ever. Lots of sirens in the evening due to the close proximity to a hospital.

Very first 'not so pleasent' expirience with H Inn

Pros: When we finally checked in at around 12.00 am we were glad Rob was gone for the day and was greeted by very pleasant and helpful personnel.
The lobby manager purposefully put us on hold for over 10 mts when we called to confirm our appointment at around 9 pm on the 12th. His first name was Rob. He said he cannot gaurantee the room since our credit card was not on file and when I asked if he can take that info he said he did not have the time for it. He wanted me to contact expedia and ask why it was not on file I was on the phone back a forth for almost an hour make sure we had the room confirmed on our arrival. This is my first time having to go thru this in my life.

Convenient location with pleasant staff.

Pros: Breakfast was nice. Close to restaurant. Great for business needs.
Cons: Just noisy with all the traffic. To be expected. Used the A/C unit to create white noise which helped.
Woman who checked me in was friendly and very professional. Liked the courtyard area in front of the hotel.

นอนสบายมาก ไม่หวงอุปกรณ์ คือพวกแชมพูหรือสบู่ไม่ว่าจะใช้หรือไม่ใช้จะเอามาเพิ่มให้เสมอ ที่นิวยอร์ก ถ้าไม่ใช้ก็ไม่เอามาให้ ที่ครอบผมอาบน้ำก็ไม่มี น้ำยาบ้วนปากก็ไม่มีให้ เบค่อนอร่อยมากค่ะ อาหารเช้าหลากหลายกว่าที่นิวยอร์ค ที่นอนก็นอนสบายมากค่ะ ชอบค่ะ

Nice hotel, but location area was noisy.

Great customer service and rooms. However, the was no room darkening curtains so no way to avoid the sun shining in your window at 6am. Also, the traffic noise was loud from our room.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The manager was very watchful of the staff and customers which made me feel like he cared about customer service. He even asked me while I waited no more than 1 minute at the front desk if I needed help and how I enjoyed my stay. He was very sincere. The complimentary breakfast was very good and plentiful, including make your own waffles :) The parts that could have been better were: -There was no safe in the room. -The shower curtain and shower head was a bit old and dated. -Every time (which was often) I went to the elevator the cleaning staff seemed to be storing 4 or 5 huge plastic bins on wheels that contain sheets, towels, etc. Very unsightly. -When we arrived there wasn't anyone to help us with our luggage up to our room. I never saw anyone the entire time working that area.
