“Great hotel, but unfortunate location.”

The hotel and staff were all very nice for the price, but the location was a bit of a shock. Situated right on the edge of a rougher area left us feeling a bit uneasy away from the hotel at night.

“Couldn't have asked for a better experience!”

I stayed at this hotel because I was interviewing at Boston Medical Center. It was perfect for this reason because the hospital is basically across the street. Probably the biggest perk offered by this hotel is the free airport shuttle- so convenient and saves so much money (just tip well!)! By the time I had gotten to the hotel, I had missed dinner but was able to partake in the complementary breakfast buffet the next morning. The buffet goes beyond your traditional continental breakfast and offers hot dishes as well. After I came back from my interview, I was delighted to find that they also offer complementary coffee and cookies all day long which was exactly what I needed after a long day! My room was spacious and clean and nicer than many other rooms I have stayed at that had a steeper price tag. For what I paid, I definitely received more. The only issue I could see people having was the sound of sirens throughout the night. I live in a city and am used to that plus I had the heater on which helped to drown them out a little so this did not bother me in particular. Overall, a great experience at a great price!!

“Hotel Proves To Be An Excellent Value”

While I was not particularly pleased with the area of the hotel, I was extremely content and happy with the quality of the room and its service. I would most certainly consider going here again as well as suggesting it to others.

“good hotel but some minor things”

No problems with hotel. Issues: (1) This place is at 811 Mass.Ave, BOSTON....not 811 Mass.Ave, Cambridge, Boston. It is the same road that is zero in the middle and the numbers are same north and south. (2) The bus service to prudential center is about 15-20 mins. And sometimes the bus may delay so aim to take 1 bus earlier than the one you may need.

“Nice Hotel”

Very nice, new hotel. Close to centers of commerce. Do not make the mistake of trying to drive in downtown Boston; take a cab. There is also a $20 parking fee charged by the hotel that does not show up on the expedia price.

“We will definitely use this hotel again and recommend it.”

It was not located in the heart of anything but that did not matter because the shuttle van service was excellent! We had no trouble getting to where we wanted to go. We parked the car and didn't use it until the morning we left. We spent 5 days in Boston and still didn't see everything. The staff at the hotel was excellent. We travel someplace every year to check out other areas and cities and this was a very good trip, no glitches. We loved the jr. suite, very comfortabel and roomy. The room was always attended too and very well. The hotel manager was on hand most days and introduced himself at one of the breakfasts. The breakfast although not gourmet was more than we had expected. A great way to start your day. You could tell this was a good place because most guests looked happy and interacted with each other. Not many miserable faces!! The attached restaurant just recently opened so it was a little slow and short staffed but that didn't matter because you just had to catch the van shuttle to some place in the city and eat where you wanted! Quincy Market of course is the most fun!

“Wonderful Time”

Our journey from the airport to the hotel lasted a little longer. The hotel's shuttle from the airport to hotel only comes on the hour. If you plane comes in just after the hour plan to stay or take a cab. The breakfast was good. The afternoon cookies were yummy! The staff was very attentive. The shuttle comes and goes to specific local sights. They had a large group of guests going to Fenway so they made a special trip for them. We didn't get to experience the pool but it looked very appealing. It was a very nice Hotel.

“Most comfortable beds ever”

The exterior of the hotel is not that impressive, but inside it is clean and comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast is nice and has more offerings than most hotels. Overall it is a great place and if going back to Boston I would stay there again.
