“Most amazing hotel yet”
My friend and I stayed here for the weekend. Check in was easy, the hosts were pleasant. We had a beautiful view on the 6th floor. iPod dock with great sound, bath robes, plush pillows and comfy bed, large flat screen TV, clean glasses to drink some wine from, large full length mirror, easy access to the public transportation, easy to catch a cab, clubs and bars close by, friendly staff. Didn't try the restaraunt but we had an absolutely amazing stay. Would definitely come back to stay and recommend to a friend.
“Nice base for visit to Berklee School of Music”
A fine hotel conveniently located across from the Prudential Center with easy access to public transportation. Rooms are a little tight in terms of size, but nicely appointed. Within walking distance of many local Boston attractions, some great, upscale shopping and dozens of eateries. 10-15 minutes from the airport.
“Excellent Choice!”
Elegant, excellent location, great service... wonderful experience. Would have been perfect if room temp would have been more pleasant. But I would consider this hotel for a future trip.
“Hynes convention center convenience”
Not directly connected to the Prudential & Hynes Convention Center like the Sheraton or Marriott are, but well situated with a convenient entrance immediately across Huntington Avenue. The Prudential T-stop is also located immediately next to the hotel. Service from staff excellent and rooms clean and well maintained. Lots of good restaurants and bars in walking distance, plus shops in Prudential Center.
“totally lovely!”
So impressed with this hotel, check in commented they had had a room specially prepared for us as other half has allergies, gorgeous room with gorgeous views 1138 (ask for 11th floor rear room) used room service quite a bit, really nice food and drinks. very convenient location, T Station right outside, Im the biggest fan of NY, but will def be back to Boston next year, was way more chilled than NY, but still had everything I need from a mini break! see you next year! X
“Great location”
Loved Boston the hotel was in a great location we caught a train from straight out the front door. Walked the Freedom Trail and returned on foot through the back streets of Back Bay. Very pretty area, beautiful buildings. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Noise from the street could be heard and also when people were filling their ice buckets but on a whole excellent.
“Will stay again and recommend to others traveling to the area”
This is a perfect boutique hotel for the business traveler or parents visiting their children at one of the schools in the area. Parking was easy and the hotel is so centrally located, you don't need to move your car to move around the city. It is in walking distance of many fabulous restaurants, several colleges and great shopping. The Prudential Center is across the street. Taxis were plentiful and there is a train stop right on the corner. The common areas and rooms were immaculate and beautiful and all the staff couldn't have been nicer. I will definitely stay there on my next trip. There is a rooftop pool, which I didn't see because it was closed for the season.
“Good Back Bay stay”
Hotel room was pleasant though a little worn. The beds (two doubles) needed replacing and the credenza beneath the TV was showing quite a bit of wear. The restaurant connected to the hotel was very good; I'd go back there even if I wasn't staying at the hotel.
“not impressed”
there's better in a few block radius for the same or a bit more money, the pictures looked much better then it was. tiny bathroom, it was a warm october day so the hotel room was hot the ac was turned off, the hotels a bit dated which i read in sevral reviews but again i went on the pics. i should have listened.
“Great location”
Great location with very helpful staff. Only complaint is that you had to pay to access a computer.
