“Beautiful and well positioned”
Lovely hotel that is in a prime position. Staff really friendly and helpful.
“The best place I have stayed in Boston”
I found the Lennox a traditional and moderately sized hotel with a personal feel absent from many larger establishments. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient and the concierge service and hotel car driver exceptional in their desire to assist. There was a small but well equipped gym and fast free wireless internet. On top of which it has a great location in a city made for walking. Overall the best place I have stayed in Boston and a hotel I will recommend to family and friends.
“Impressed”
Great trip can't wait to return
“weekend celebration”
We arrived from on Friday night to celebrate the birthdays of my sisters who live right outside of Boston. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and the location of the hotel was great for doing some Christmas shopping and just walking around. We had an excellent brunch at the hotel restaurant. I would definitely go back and recommend others do the same.
“Lovely Hotel”
Lovely Hotel from the minute we arrived, bed was so comfortable, room clean and fresh, from the receptionists to the hotel porter all where willing and attentive to our every need, only minor niggle was that although the waiters in the resturant were friendly, they didn't listen to the orders for our food and got this wrong on two occasions out of the three that we used the restaurant - on saying that once the error had been pointed out it was quickly corrected, which you can't really argue with, would recommend this hotel & area, the people are some of the friendliest I have ever met, make sure you take loads of money, high end shops literally around the corner, if you have the time & cab fair would suggest travelling to New Hampshire (no tax) 'Rockingham Mall' roughly 40minute drive and its like our equivilant to Lakeside (only a little smaller)
“Perfect stay, couldn't have asked for better!”
The hotel honestly had everything, friendly, well-located, helpful staff, big room, clean, cosy... can't wait to go back!
“an all american Boston hotel”
hotel all fantastic, reception a little cold in reception probably many regular guest- as an european maybe less interesting to them...hawklike ambiance on departure...what are all those men in uniform doing at departure time? took me over an hour to get help into a shuttle to the airport, as they were moore interested to get me into their pals´ cab? and so many of them maybe 8-10 gathering around...location and historical hotel compensate well...
“great experience”
A 4 star heritage hotel that exceeded our expectations.A walk through the library, with lovely courtyard and good cafe, led onto Copely Square, the tourist centre.Great position. Tea and coffee provided free in the lobby each morning was an unexpected and much appreciated touch.
“The only hotel I use in Boston”
This hotel offers consistently superior service for a very reasonable price. Have used it exclusively for the last 20 years, and will continue to do so.
“Simply Divine!”
We visited the Lenox for thanksgiving 2011, we particularly enjoyed the roaring fire in the lobby and comfy sofa and chairs, with the christmas trees and christmas caroles playing it so so cosy and festive! Our room was a corner suite and was lovely: two large comfy beds, desk, sofa and chair and a giant tv. a lovely hotel, called 'the original boutique hotel' its not huge but only benefits from it, a lovely friendly atmosphere.
