"Excelente service, only stay one night but we were so happy with the hotel. The only criticism is that the shower door did not close properly so some water came out when taking a shower. The floor around the shower cubicle was damage, so I’m guessing it’s being like that for a while. But we really recommend the hotel and we hope to stay again next time we are in the city. "

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Although the room was clean, it seemed the shelves were not checked as there were some sort of crumbs (not sure it was from bread). Other than that, the service provided was attentive and the staff was well informed so passed on relevantbtips for us. "A very warm welcome at the ArtHotel when we arrived from the ferry - we’d requested a parking garage space for our bike and reception could not have been more helpful with advice about the locality and a town map. Our room was modern and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and also freshness & hygiene. We will definitely stay again. We loved the quirky modern art styling throughout the hotel and were delighted to meet Manolo, the hotel cat."

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"Not easy to find even with satnav but worth the effort. We arrived early from the boat and had to wait for the room to be ready. They said 10 minutes and meant it. Room was a good size, on the ground floor, great for an overnight stay. Reception and waiters very helpful. Breakfast at 5 euros for continental was really good with plenty to eat."
