"We loved the little cottage-like apartment! Our family of 5 fit nicely (our 1yo was in a pack n play) and it had all the amenities we needed. The garden was lovely and the apartment was clean. It was a block away from Forsyth Park which has a playground for the kids and nearby coffee for the adults. We would absolutely stay here again—we had a wonderful stay in Savannah and a large part was due to this apartment!"

"We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Its small but very accommodating. Close enough to walk to everything. If i had any suggestions it would be tidy up the little shared patio and maybe not run the ionizer(luckily i had some air freshener in my car to kill the smell) Maybe some form of plug-in would be better. The apartment was very clean. Check-in was a breeze and communication was top notch. If we visit savannah again we will probably try to get the same place. We stayed 5 nights and loved it."

"Rustic little place offering 3 separate beds which was exactly what I was looking for. The location is right in the historical district and that is a beautiful area to step out to in the morning. Everything is in walking distance or can be reached with a fare free shuttle bus that stops mere minutes from the place. Didn't bring food and coffee? "My wife and I had a very enjoyable week long stay. The State Park pass was a big plus. We lucked out with a very nice stretch of early March weather which allowed us to spend most of our time outside or in the screened in porch. It really is a very nice spot. Donelle was a gracioius host. We left a lap top behind and Donelle arranged to have it expeditiously returned to us without complaint, which was greatly appreciated. "This was a great location for us. The space was comfortable for us and our two dogs. Wish there had been grass or gravel in the yard and not dirt. When it rained it was a muddy mess taking the dogs out. Management was very responsive when our washer did not work and allowed us to use the washer in another unit. Requested cleaning supplies from maintenance man and he brought me some so I could clean the floors. Much appreciated!"
