Easy to find and centrally located. We walked almost everywhere we went and always felt safe. There is not a grocery store within walking distance, but we ubered there for about $8\. We arrived for a weekend getaway from Black Friday to Sunday. We loved the location. We also really enjoyed the apartment itself. It felt like a cute bungalow for just the two of us. The only bad part were two things: 1\. The refrigerator still had food in it. 2\. The bedroom TV didn’t work.Now the best part of the trip? The BED! Super comfy! So will we recommend them? Yes! The location, size and accommodations were terrific for me and I would stay there again without a doubt. My only suggestion would be to check the household items before renting. There was coffee, Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, etc. all there but all totally empty, which was a bummer. This was cheaper than local hotels! Easily found street parking and walked to the river. Maybe a 10 min easy walk, and took an Uber back after dinner. This was a lovely 1 bedroom apt. You could easily live here. Had a large walk in closet with built-ins and the bathroom has storage, tub/shower and a hair dryer. We only used the kitchen to get a drink but it was super cute. Glasses are in the island in the back end (took us a min to find them). Lots of light came in the windows at night but I brought a sleep mask. ##### Kelly M. We loved that it was quiet and tucked away (safe) but it was also a 10-15 minute stroll to the River and Forsyth park.
