"Beautifully restored that manages to hold on to the historical elements while bringing the decor into the present. Staff couldn’t have been more wonderful! Everyone was engaging, friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and beautiful. Lively bar scene and delicious food in the restaurant. All means this is where we will stay again next time we are in Birmingham!"

"Pretty decent standard hotel. It is small, the bathrooms are the size of a half bath, so be warned. The pool is not open yet which is weird for April in Alabama. That was thw only reason we even chose this hotel. But glad we did as there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff are friendly which is a huge plus."
