"It has been unseasonably cold in Alicante during our stay so we had to put heaters on to get warm. Unfortunately the house’s electricity isn’t capable of having two heaters on at the same time. This trips the fuse and you have to put it on again. Coupled with this, when we arrived the blankets stank of mould, bed was really uncomfortable, the shower was broken etc. I contacted the agent and they provided new blankets and a new shower which was great. We weren’t able to fix the electricity...
