"We had a lovely 4 night stay at the apartment (2 adults, 2 children). Apartment was lovely and cosy, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Instow is a lovely place to visit and the views from the apartment are stunning. Would definitely recommend going to The Boathouse for a meal. There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment, which is part of the owners property (but don't worry you wouldn't know they were there, the apartment is very private) so not for those with mobility...

"Modern apartment with stunning views over the beach at Westward Ho. A first visit to North Devon, but will not be the last. Sunsets seem to be a speciality. Only disappointment for self-catering was the lack of a microwave."

"Mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den langen Strand mit der ausgeprägten Ebbe und Flut punktet diese Ferienwohnung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Andy, der Caretaker, war sehr nett und hat uns super eingewiesen. In der nähreren Umgebung finden sich jede Menge Restaurants und Take away, so dass man eigentlich nicht kochen müsste. Mehrere Surfschulen in der Umgebung bieten für junge Leute viel Abwechslung. Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub."

"The apartment is easy to find, and parking is within a few yards of the door. The apartment was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and felt like a real home as opposed to a holiday let. Everything is good quality with little expense spared in fitting it out. The location is spectacular, with great views across the estuary. "Excellent property with two full double bedrooms and a wonderful view from the top of a three-storey building onto the mouth of two rivers (facing eastward, just as the photo says). We loved every minute we were in the property. The town has several nice pubs and a charming coffee shop within 200-300 metres walking (jam session music on Sunday nights in very nearby pub (Beaver Inn, but no sound in apartment). Overnight parking on nearby street is free but costs something (£9?) on nearby big...
