"This place is really nice - we had a great four nights here, and were very lucky with the weather as it rained lots just before we arrived (it is "mountain weather" so you get what you get). We arrived "out of hours" but this had been prearranged so there is a safe with pin codes which was easy enough to use and we got our key and instructions very quickly. "There are about 25 apartments in Colina Verde B - ours was closest to the pool and there was almost nobody else there - the pool was essentially our private pool. Nice clean place, beautiful setting, 7 minutes to the waterfront by car. Ascona is a lovely little place with a lively waterfront scene. All in all, ne of the best spots we have ever rented. "

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem tollen 60er Jahre - Ambiente, das aber irgendwie auch nagelneu ist. Irgendwie war viel Lesearbeit nötig, die auch wirklich erwartet wurde. Unsere bisherigen Wohnungserfahrungen waren intuitiver. Das Gas extra abzurechnen macht aber z. B. viel Sinn. Man spürt, dass der Wohnungsinhaber das Objekt wirklich liebt und er möchte, dass man...

"Good communication with Christian @ happy home rentals, a large apartment, a 2 seater couch was a shame but ok. we missed ventilators / airco so with 30+ degrees was very uncomfortable in the evenings. "Das Haus ist umwerfend schön mit traumhaftem Ausblick, wenn auch in die Jahre gekommen, was uns überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas schwierig (zumindest über das Portal), der Kontakt mit seiner vor Ort im Haus lebenden Schwester war jedoch sehr gut. Der Pool war zwar sehr kalt (18-19 Grad), aber eine willkommene Abkühlung! Wir haben uns dank des Wetters nahezu ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten, was mit drei kleinen Kindern wunderbar war.
