"Aside from a small glitch at check in (due to my fault), we had a great experience at this apartment in Vicenza. Luigi and Daniela met us at the apartment to deliver keys and review the accommodations. Apartment was clean and well appointed with dishes, pots etc. Appreciated the use of the washing machine, air dried clothes on the rack. "This apartment and town were amazing! Easy check-in and contact with management; Francesca was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and right in the center of town with amazing views out the windows. Everything was perfect. Paid parking is right outside the apartment, free parking down the hill but it was easy enough for us.
