The staff was so wonderful. Starting with the front desk. My roommate arrived several hour's before me and I needed to know that she would safe and able to access our room,the staff took care of her

新しいホテルと言うこともあり施設のコンディションが非常に良く、清掃を含めた管理が良く行き届いていると感じました。 リーバーサイドで対岸にはアジアンティークが見え、船の行き来が常にあるので、夜景はとてもきれいでした。 リバーサイドのインターナショナルなホテルグループの大型ホテルに比べこじんまりとしており、そのコンパクトさが逆に心地よく滞在できた要素かと思います。 バットポイントを上げるとしたらロケーションがいまいちかと思います。歩こうと思えば歩けますが、クルントンブリー駅まで距離がかなりあり、またソイの突き当り奥なので夜の独り歩き（特に女性は）は控えようかなと思いました。
