"Staff was helpful. Would be nice if breakfast was included. Ice machines did not work or were non-existent on multiple floors. Ceiling tiles in parking garage caved in from water and tile debris everywhere."

"Stayed for 3 nights for ACL Wknd 2. Room well maintained. Shower unloaded water like a firehose. Stayed on the 5th floor facing IH35 so the view of the city was top-notch. One star subtracted for 2 reasons: • Staff from night before falsely mentioned 1pm checkout was complimentary. Paid $30 for 1pm checkout (cheap, but Experian wanted me to pay ~$40 per night for a 1pm late checkout. Otherwise, checkout was at 12pm, which is significantly better than the typical checkout time. • Didn’t need it, but the bar and jacuzzi were closed. Slightly false advertisement but not a big deal to me."

"This hotel was incredible. Staff was spectacular. So kind and giving. Hotel itself we as clean and near so many things. Valet park was a good one."
