"Everything was amazing from the room to the service. They catered for everything we asked, and the staff were very friendly."

"Really good service, Tejas and Shubham at the restaurant were really nice to me! The front staff was super sweet too. The room might need to be updated with latest features but the nespresso machine in the room was heaven!!!! The only thing that upset me was the fact that they charged me 450 for a can of Diet Coke, that costs 40, Daum daum. However, the service compensates for it, I really liked the podi masala at the restaurant and the chef packed some for me. The restaurant manager knew me by name and made sure to make small talk with me. Housekeeping was real nice too, even gave me fresh flowers and fruits. Thankyou to the staff to make my stay memorable."

"Everything was excellent. The service was a little bit sucky at breakfast for the first couple of days but then improved.
Food is great rooms are good.
Only negative was mosquitoes and flies and the coffee shop and better service at breakfast.

"The "Team" was fantastic at reception, at the concierge/transportation desk, in the dining room and also the house keeping Team. Senior Management is working very hard to achieve gender diversity. I look forward to my visit in June.

"Wow…..an amazing hotel, with a phenomenal location. Take an early breakfast in the Sea Lounge to view the sunrise. Be there 7am because the few tables are first to be taken.
The staff are very attentive to your needs throughout the hotel. There is a tour around the hotel to advise regarding the history.
