“VERY FRIENDLY !!!!!!!!”

I traveled to albany via car and my gps system went wacky. The hotel attendent( Leena) PATIENTLY guided me to the motel by phone. After arriving, I was SHOCKED at the cleanliness and comfort of my room. I've been in MANY suites in both Vegas and Atlantic City and my room and service was as good if not better than the Borgota, Bally's, Venisian and many others. The COMPLETE staff were friendly and willing to assist me with any questions about the area. I plan on returning to Albany and this is where I'll stay. TRUST ME There is value in the price per comfort and service in this motel. THANK YOU all for your kindness.

“Albany stay”

Staff was incredibly nice, very clean room. Continental breakfast was fairly good and an excellent value. I would definately stay here again

“Stay”

Everything was fine however there was no washclothes in room and when I called down to have some borought up I was told it would be an hour or so because the gentleman was the only one at the desk or we could go down there to pick them up. We needed to take showers and check out so we had to go down to the front desk and get them.

“Fair accommodation in fine city.”

The advertisement about new bedding and furniture was correct. The hotel building is old and has been painted not remodeled. The alarm clock didn't work, the continental breakfast was fair at best. It was adequate for our last minute stay requirement but probably not worth the per night stay charged.
