"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza. "My first reaction was Location, i give it 10/10 right next to the airport within walking distance. 2nd very clean property, friendly staffs and the security guys very welcoming. I stayed in many hotels but so far for me ET Skylight hotel is The winner when it comes to the room space, clean very relaxing, All you can Eat buffet. A True 5star. It’s worth every penny."
