It was good. I was provided the contact of a tour operator who was good. But, this tour operator took me to a jewelry shop in Piassa! Who literally stole a pair of earrings that I had bought. I later contacted him to be able to get them back (it was the pair of two pairs, meaning two pairs came incomplete) I sent the pictures but never from hi again. That was not nice. Maybe it has nothing directly with the hotel, but I am saying so the Tour Operator protects us as customers, I will come back and visit the jewelry shop, maybe I do not get my pairs back, but will teach them a lesson.
The hotel is great, the food fabulous, the staff nice and helpful. I will be back, and will recommend, bit probably not the tour operator... Bye, PC
I am particularly grateful for the prompt sendout of the hotel airport shuttle to pick me up after midnight at the airport following an Ethiopian airlines nightmare. Everything else was AOK-fine, but the quick shuttle in response to my call made all the difference in a situation (which think is common to the airport) of the airline poorly mistreating its customers in already bad situations. I had the good fortune to have pre-booked with Siyonet. Therefore I could show a printout copy of my reservation to the VISA-granting agent (who seemed to be enjoying bureaucratic power by sending desperate people back into the chaotic non-moving waiting lines run by Ethiopian Airlines to "help" passengers who were stuck overnight due to missed connections).
