Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult...

Don’t waver just book Room service staff is world class - I consider all of them Familys online in Bucharest but when I need a mini vacation or a business meeting the Palace suite is key with great views and the executive suites with city views in level 5 are the best / - book it I know all hotels in Bucharest this is the best as I know."

"By far the best place we stayed on our travels. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Close walking distance to bars and food. One shot bus ride from the airport. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use all the amenities. "

"I paid for room with 366 sg feet and I received first, one room with 248 sg feet. After discussion with the person from Reception I rcvd a room with 366 sg feet. In the room, the temperature was very low, the equipment for heating almost not exist. "

"This is a great place for families. So many awesome activities are available for families. Our little kids loved it. Wish we could have stayed a few extra days.Hard liquor and easily accessible snacks in the room are nice, but within reach of little children is not a very good idea. Free and easy parking is great. The breakfast is excellent. "
