We chose to go to Sharm for the winter sunshine and it certainly delivered. On arrival we paid additional money for the deluxe side, which has 2 storey blocks of rooms surrounding one of the largest pools I've seen in a hotel complex, part of which was heated. The rooms were very large with a super king sized bed and a huge bathroom with walk in shower and a bath. All the rooms on this side of the hotel overlook the pool. The non deluxe side of the hotel (the sea side) has smaller blocks set in gardens with some overlooking the main pool which again is large and deeper than the other main pool, but others only overlook the internal roads. There are some though that look over smaller pools. The sun loungers and parasols were always available. The restaurant on the deluxe side was large and well laid out, on the sea side not quite so spacious, the food in both was plentiful though the quality could have been better at times. There were several different bars in the main reception buildings and around the grounds. The service was exceptionally friendly and attentive in all areas of the hotel and from all the staff, from the boy who cleaned the room to the restaurant manager. The hotel also gives access to a small beach, (sun loungers go early here!) from which the snorkeling is fantastic. Overall for a winter sun holiday the whole experience couldn't be faulted.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! All the Domina hotels are in a single horse shoe shaped coral bay. Each hotel, though all 4 star, have a different level of accommodation, the "Kings Lake" being classed as "Executive" class. The room had wonderful views and the furnishings were very tasteful & comfortable. The complex is massive and has everything you may need during your stay including the ability to hire all your diving equipment, diving courses and a glass bottom boat to take you over the reef. The hotel also organise excursions to Luxor, Cairo, & Petra amongst others. The resort is so large it has 2 bus routes or you can request a golf cart collect you and take you to your destination in the complex. It has around 9 restaurants, its own market and shops. The food in all the restaurants we visited was of the highest quality and very enjoyable. The staff and service at this hotel was impeccable and we are hoping to return to this hotel later this year.

Great staff, no Hot Jacuzzi as advertised but overall great experience, do the Free Breakfast instead of the all inclusive, then eat a different meal in Namaa Bay (walking distance along the Promenade) every night. Pick up three bottles of your favorite libations at the SSH Duty Free when you arrive.
This was our 7th time staying at the Hilton Fayrouz, and yet again fantastic stay.
The staff are all great. Nothing too much trouble.
Shame the Al Fresco restaruant is no longer part of the half baord, but it is cheap enough to eat out in Naama Bay.
Excellent value for money. Staff couldn't do enough for you which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was lovely and there was a good variety. Additional access to their sister hotel meant we could enjoy the beach and have a break from just the pool. More than one week was needed to enjoy everything on offer at Sharm al sheikh. Trips undertaken organised by the hotel was thoroughly enjoyed and very memorable.
