"What we liked: location is good, across the road from a Metro station. Very efficient use of space. Lots of places to hang clothes and keep them, well lit. The only real negative was that when we askednfor a restaurant recommendation our first night they gave us one place. Nit was pretty bad, and we noticed that they told evey new guest about this place. Someone is getting paid under the table and it reflects badly on the hotel. Everything else was really good."

"Very new, great spec and condition. Staff are friendly but reception not very useful. Rooms modern, great shower etc but whilst looks amazing things like randomly designed light switches, very thin walls are pretty more i could hear the room next dooe brushing teeth, luckily that was all. Was a bit annoyed I couldnt get any milk to my room for tea.. pools amazing but could do with cleaning. Bar and restaurant was v good"

"Beautiful typical European hotel. Smaller room but clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and lived the 24/7 water, coffee and tea. Delicious breakfast buffet with great nespresso machines. Highly recommend. "

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels ever have stayed in. The decor is stunning and they even play live piano and violin at breakfast. The breakfast is also amazing and buffet style. The garden is beautiful and very relaxing The spa with jacuzzi is a bonus. I've noticed some lower score reviews for the hotel where people had stayed in the lower floor basement rooms. We had one of these at first then they upgraded us free of charge without asking. I think people should be aware that you get...

"Great central location next to the Martin Moniz Park. Very courteous staff and wonderful rooftop bar. The Varanda Restaurant is one of the best in the city with 270 degree views of Lisbon but, plan on reserving a table one to two days in advance."
