"From the moment we arrived Carol made us feel welcomed. She showed us to our room and explained meals times. She made us feel so at home. The room was cosy and decorated in the style of the coaching inn. Dark furnishings and a king sized bed. Lots of drawers to store clothes and a good sized wardrobe too. Lovely modern shower room with hand wash, body wash and shampoo products provided. Ironing board, hair dryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities, tv and bottled water also...

"The check in process was a little unclear for me as the website didn't say much, I arrived during dinner service and it was a tad strange lugging myself and my bags through the restaurant as I didn't really know where to go but after guidance from the staff I checked in at the bar, there is a separate entrance/exit to use once checked in which made it easier for daily use rather than going through the busy restaurant all the time.
