"It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. "

"I could eventually sleep without earplugs, first time during my 2 weeks US trip. Very clean, reception very polite and most helpful: as a real hotel should be! It's also quite original in its decor and this is a bonus. I was not terribly satisfied by the breakfast, as I always prefer a buffet breakfast which is not what they offer; and cafes in and around the hotel already closed by 2pm sounded weird to me! But this does not detract that much to the hotel's outstanding quality. I loved my stay."

"We have loved the Joseph for many years. The Guild House restaurant is lovely off of the lobby. Staff is stellar. Rooms have been consistently fresh and very comfortable. Only thing is in the last couple years, the main street in front of hotel has gotten very noisy. We stayed in back of hotel this time and it was better."

"Very welcoming! Kind and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room and trendy bathroom. All open space is clean and crisp. Used the work out facility - also very clean and spacious with lots of options of equipment and free weights. Comfy beds and loved the noise machine already in the room!"

"We drove from Nashville Tennessee to Columbus Ohio for a wedding shower for my niece. The check in time was 3pm. We checked in 10 minutes early and we went to our room. The cleaning crew didn't clean the room yet. My daughter and I went downstairs and decide to have a drink while we wait. We waiting another 30 minutes and it still was not done. The cleaning crew rush to finish it up to get us into the room. The manager did apologize and offer to put us in another room but we decided it...

"I would stay here again. A little weekend get away. It’s right by the freeway. 20 mins from everywhere I wanted to go. I think this will be my go to when I’m in the area. "
