"We arrived early at the hotel and were able to leave our luggage and walk around the area. The hotel is located on the main shopping street. It's in a perfect location to get to all attractions. The room was excellent. We had a view of Calle Larios from our window. The restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast and also offered a special menu of other items cooked to order. We can't say enough about the staff! They were so friendly and eager to make our stay as perfect as possible. ...

"The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and food is nice. However, I observed the following limitations, which in my opinion the hotel needs to address: - Limited guidance if any is available on guided tours and excursions given the hotel is located in a popular tourist area. The hotel uses an external part-time travel agent who attends for 45 minutes 4 days a week at inconvenient times. - Safety box in the room is rented for $3 a day. In our experience hotels do not charge for this service...

We didn't take breakfast I did think that is a bit overpriced and there are a few places around the hotel for cheaper breakfast. Overall fabulous stay and we will definitely be returning."

I felt as though I was really on Spain as opposed to a tourist area. Beach very close by with lots of nice restaurants. I can’t wait to return. I had my birthday at the hotel & received a gorgeous cake in my room. "
