"Amazing breakfast and wonderful and attentive staff"

"Hotel located right on Milano Centrale which is great. Breakfast decent, including stay. Extra cost is 36 euros for both (extremely expensive). Lady was very rude when I come up to her saying omelet is finished, with attitude she pointed on my table and says “seniora, sit, 10min (I can describe her as late short blonde) . Room was like walk in closet, no space at all. Too tiny. "

"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

"It’s not a tourist place, it’s in the middle of industrial area with no no places to go, the closest restaurant it’s 39’ of taxi or the metro across street will take to the center of town in 30’ with a transfer. The hotel itself it’s very clean, modern an organized, no food until 7 pm, but very good Notmy cup of tea!"

"Nice and clean hotel but basic. Nice terrace. Sadly no complimentary water. Breakfast was a little bit repetitive. A bit limited options but delicious coffee. Rooms have no storage facilities. There was just a rail with 2 hangers. So if you stay for longer, not convenient . Good access to public transport. "
