"We had such a wonderful stay at the castle hotel. The only feedback was the receptionist on check out wasn’t as friendly as the lady that had checked us in. She appeared to be confused with the communication around breakfast timings. Over all it was a wonderful stay, in the perfect location and it’s such a beautiful hotel"

"The breakfasts were amazing, Karl and Jocelyn were delightful, and the room was furnished with understated good taste. Lots of little touches - gorgeous sandalwood soap, Tunnoch's milk chocolate caramel wafers, lovely solid waterglasses, comfy sofa, thick pile carpet - and it's all unbelievably clean. "Great location and accommodation was lovely. Not a cheap stay but if you have kids there is lots to keep them amused. Some of the kids zones are a bit tired and need a refresh. We were there at Easter and they were short staffed in the restaurant. Food was good but needed more options given the prices being charged. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent but stressed due to shortages."

"Our stay was very short but comfortable. The room was very nice. Because we had had a long walk after an early start we had no touble sleeping next to the A30, which was quieter than we expected. Breakfast was great and the shower was refreshing and powerful."
