"There’s free welcome drink provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to put some of our souvenir that must be kept chilled in their main fridge (because the one in our room was not cold). They also allowed us to keep them until the afternoon before we departed from Jogja even when we already checked out. On a side note, good communication from the hotel too. I accidentally left my neck pillow and chatted with the hotel and they found it. I will collect the pillow...

"I enjoyed my 6 days there. I was a solo female tourist. The staff always went beyond to meet my needs. The electric sockets in Indonesia are unique in that they are round and sunken. So my square universal plug did not fit. Their engineering quickly found a spare conversion socket for me to use. They were happy to fill up my water bottle with ice whenever I asked. "The hotel overall for the price is good in terms of amenities and appearance of the room but unfortunately the room had the smell of mould. If it wasn’t for this I would recommend the hotel. "

"The hotel is close to Malioboro Street. However, it's a little set back from the street, so it's not noisy. There are many shopping stores, but not many restaurants. Many people eat at food stalls. You can also go to the Royal Palace and Tamansari within a 30 minute walk. My room was on the 5th floor, WiFi connection was not good and sometimes disconnected."
