The staff were friendly and helpful. They even allowed us to put some of our souvenir that must be kept chilled in their main fridge (because the one in our room was not cold). They also allowed us to keep them until the afternoon before we departed from Jogja even when we already checked out. On a side note, good communication from the hotel too. I accidentally left my neck pillow and chatted with the hotel and they found it. I will collect the pillow tomorrow. Good thing I’m still in Indonesia as of the moment. Unbelievable as it's blowing warm air inside false fridge. So go figure. Took a while to eventually change faulty safe in room, wasn't screwed down. The service was excellent and the hotel is very smooth and calming with its atmospheric music in the corridors while you sleep in your room. The staff were friendly the pool was relaxing to swim in and the breakfast was delicious.
