The room is quiet when the window is closed, or you can leave it open and accept the occasional passenger jet noise. Walkable to airport, but they also have a responsive, on-demand van that can drive to the airport in 2-3 minutes. Limited dining menu and operating hours (including room service). "If not for the way I was welcomed at my arrival by an incompetent lady who did not take the time to take names on arrival and made 20 people wait for more then 40 minutes room assignment. fortunrtly her shift finished and was replaced by a lovely young lady who took the time to help us. True checkin is at 3 pm but when you get there at 2:45 and you still have to wait until 3:30 pm to get a room....it is a problem"
