The room service was excellent for the duration of my stay and John's service in the hotel bar was 10/10\. He was really knowledgeable and friendly and his drinks were really good. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom. The breakfast is a little on the pricey side but since there are no other options it is a good idea to opt for breakfast included. Management was a bit strange though … luggage were not sent to our room, check out was late till 5 pm, breakfast varieties depends on the number of guests that specific day, the restaurant was closed for a special private event one evening, bed sheets were not changed on day 1! It's basically a motel style hotel. Our room had only one window looking into the corridor/terrace area where a lady was sitting right outside our window for hours. The room was very basic, no kettle no fridge, our AC cools the room to about 27 degree but not lower. Shower water was small and temperature changed drastically if the tap is used at the same time. Their main customers seemed to be companies having settings/social events as there were lots.
