The door to our room needed repair and was tended to quickly once we advised reception. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and clean, though the bathroom floor could have been better. "Nice hotel with great location at the south end of the playa el rodadero. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The biggest swimming pool is not for the customers use and that's the only negative part of that hotel. Price and quality matching."

"We always stay here when visiting Santa Marta 2 or 3 times a year. We love it and have no reason to look elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice with beautiful beach and sunset views, the on-site Tamaca tours are outstanding, we love it. "

"The hotel was really nice & well kept. The only reason I gave it a four was the poor internet connection. The wifi at the hotel was absolutely terrible with constant disconnections. The pool is also really small so if you're main thing is a pool, I'd look elsewhere Otherwise, the service & rooms were amazing & the location was definitely the best for in Santa Marta. If you don't know where to stay, location wise, look no further "
