The property is old... breakfeast is repetitive and bad.... no plates or glasses... the typical food that you are willing to eat is all on pay... ruining the experience.... service at the beach is very limited same in the pool really bad and takes for ever. Food at restaurants are really poor variaty and quality.... i would say this is a 2 star hotel that for sure wont recommended

be careful when staying here the offer you something and then not what was said ….felt unsafe after a coustomer attack me and nothing was done so i had to staying in the room for my safety not cool at all the ruin my birthday

The property was quite extensive and had a variety of activities as well as dinning options. Nice swimming pools with beautiful sunset views. I think the breakfast could use some improvement. With a better variety of proteins and vegetables.

5th time staying here. We have a young child and Irotama caters well to families. Everything you’d need for a vacay can be found on the property. Staff is fantastic and property is well maintained. 5 stars and looking forward to the next visit.

We stayed in the Del Mar building and it was excellent, we had a 2 bedroom apartment that was big enough for 5 people comfortably, the service was pretty good, food at the buffet was just OK, the Italian restaurant was much better, pools and the beach are great, will go back for sure.
