We enjoyed the stay. One thing was that our room was next to the stairwell and you can hear the door opening and closing all the time. The shower area is small but we only used it once. Over all it was a great experience .

The Cove Haven was just the right setting for my husband and I to celebrate our third year anniversary. There were plenty of exciting activities for us to do. The food was great and so was the entertainment. The room was spectacular too..... We'll be back next year.
So we walked to the reception counter and we were met with greetings of welcome from a smiling face on the other side of the counter. He (Matthew) was nice, courteous and helpful. He expressed he was glad we chose to stay at the Pocono Palace Resort (PPR). Our check-in went well and in no time our keys were in our hands with again a greeting to enjoy our stay. We had stayed in the Fantasy Apples and our suite was finely made, clean and very beautiful. The round bed was firmly made and marked an expression of love. The Jacuzzi, the private swimming pool and the sauna were all functioning as expected. We were amazed at how quickly the staff responded when we requested they replaced a light bulb. In a short period of time driving from the reception desk to our room, someone was already at the door waiting. At PPR, there were many fun things to do both in door and out door activities that kept us engaged, laughing, and happy. They had good food both the breakfast and the dinner. The staff were friendly and seemed happy doing their job to make guests welcomed and comfortable. Our stay at Pocono Palace Resort was romantic and very refreshing. The shows also were wonderful. We sure did enjoy ourselves at PPR and shall return.
We arrived late at 11pm. The receptionist was friendly and understanding as there was delays to our trek upstate. We got our room key very promptly and had a very restful sleep. This hotel was convenient for tough mudder and a we had a blast.
We had teenagers with us and they had a blast. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Check-in is a little crazy because it seems everyone is waiting for their rooms til well after 4pm. The water park doesn't have that overwhelming chlorine smell like most do. For the size of the property and the amount of kids there, they keep it extremely clean.
