On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. "Why do I need to submit any info? The taxi couldn't find the place and the renter never answer his phone I was at the place when I renter finally showed up after 630 and told me I cannot stay there. The taxi paid 30 instead of 12 because she took 2 1/2 looking for the place. I should be given compensation for wasting my time after landing at 10 AM and not one until after 630PM. "
