"The crew and especially Karim were very welcoming and responded to all our requests in a timely fashion. The location is close to the beach and to the touristy areas yet isolated enough to enjoy a certain calmness in the area. The only issue we had was the internet connection inside the room, which technicians were working on fixing while we were there."

"This hotel is tucked behind a busy part of the city. Taxis are readily accessible about 200m from the front door. There are 2 grocery store options within a 5 min walk, along with lots of restaurants and cafés. Breakfast is available on site consisting of traditional options like crossiants, eggs, coffee and juice. My favorite is Bsisa, variety of mixtures of roasted cereals ground with fenugreek, aniseed, cumin and sugar. My room was good for sleeping but I was surprised how cold I was at...

"Le séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôte est super sympathique et très accueillant. Chambre propre et la déco de toute la maison est top. L'endroit est très calme,joli et dépaysant.UN PARADIS. "The property is close to the touristic route of Midoun in Djerba. The beach is nice and clean. The problem starts with the swimming pool which is not clean and quite hazardous sometimes with bits of broken plactic from the edges. The water slides closes at 5pm, which is quite early. The room is acceptable but the bathroom needs restoration as the curtens can't retain water within the shower area. The towel are really old with holes sometimes. Last but not least, as the hotel is all inclusive,...

"Terrible service. In the first night we had sewage problem in our washroom. We moved to a second room but we had a problem with water. No cold water due to clogging in the pipes and hot water was dirty and very yellowish. The hotel didn’t compensate or accommodate us at all…Breakfast was ok."

"I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
