"The condo has a wonderful view, but the condition of the condo was not worth what I paid for. Upon arrival I went to open the sliding glass door to the balcony, but the door was stuck. Maintenance was contacted and arrived with two hours. The door was off the track due to a large amount of sand that was left. The maintenance man actually vacuumed the area.
