"It was just an overnight crash pad after a flight landing at midnight. Everything was absolutely fine, except for the member of staff on Reception who was surly, officious and unhelpful. She was rude when I queried the need for an email address (without usual GDPR clauses) on top of my postal addess. Thankfully, breakfast food and staff were much better. "

Always a good standard of cleaning with big rooms that can be cold so if you like it warm take an extra layer.
