"This is a great place! I had to book last minute, but I was pleasantly surprised! We had a very clean and spacious room, with a coffee machine and a refrigerator (I don’t think all rooms have the same features, so check). The bathroom was spacious and clean, with an excellent shower.
Location is minutes from the main square, but it was very quiet even on busy weekend nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend!!"

"A fabulous property - well appointed and equipped. Very modern, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our daily walks into Siena via the Porta Pispini. We would love to stay here again."

"Staff were wonderful. Very helpful caring people. Thx to Sara, Marco, Felicia. They have a nice small breakfast downstairs to get you going. Great location only 5min walk to main Palazzo."

"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."
