“Nice hotel in a good location”

This was a good place to stay. My room was clean and comfortable. The location was great - really easy to get around and explore Siena. The staff were helpful, and I enjoyed my stay.

“Excellent stay in Siena”

We stayed at Albergo Chiusarelli for a week in mid-November and enjoyed every minute. The location is hard to beat, just a few minutes' walk from the Campo and the Duomo and around the corner from San Domenico. The room was perfectly clean and adequately appointed. The staff were alert and courteous. Breakfast was generous and fresh. The whole place is charming. We both loved awakening to the San Domenico bells at 7 and then dozing back to sleep. Friday night was a bit noisy due to young people gathered on the piazza for fun, but we found that mostly charming as well. We found free parking near the Fortezza, a short walk from the hotel. Finally, the Expedia rate was extremely attractive. We will certainly choose this hotel for our next visit to Siena!

“Perfect Siena location”

Hotel Chiusarelli was the perfect location in Siena. Very close to the bus station and within easy walking distance of everything. It was very pleasant to stay here and I have already referred others to this hotel. It would be nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast was nice as well.

“Family run hotel”

Good location and helpful staff. Great breakfast and a good location (close to the bus terminal). Common areas are large and bright. Our room had a small balcony at the back of the hotel - the extra space was nice! If you have mobility issues - there is no elevator.... I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Siena

“Conviniently located”

Cold but efficient reception. For the price, everything from room lay out, view, to general premisses is just a quarter of a notch above mediocrity. The room smelled not overwhelming bad but not good at all.

“Good hotel, great location”

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Siena. Our room was big and clean. It faced onto the main road but with the shutters closed we could not hear the sound of traffic. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were helpful. My only complaint would be that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and not alot of wardrobe space.

“Good value and location”

Pleasant hotel, not luxurious but very adequate and very good value. Good location for City and bus station, can easily get the bus on weekdays to San Gimignano also frequent service to Florence. Osteria Chicchera close for good cheap meals.

“Convenient budget hotel”

This hotel is conveniently situated near to where the buses from the station drop off. Everything is within walking distance. Only thing lacking was a bar but I didn't really miss it.

“Handy for the centre”

Nice and friendly hotel conveniently placed for access the the centre of Siena- aout 5 mins from the main Square. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was a little more austere than other hotels we stayed in, though it had averything we wanted. I'd happily stay there again.
