“Very Satisfied”
Booked a superior room and was delighted. The room was of a good size with doors opening onto a patio where you could sit and take in the beautiful view of Old Siena. The hotel was well maintained, the standard breakfast was of good quality but some of the staff could have been a shade more welcoming. Overall would definitely return.

we stayed a single night and were very satisfied.This is our second visit to this hotel.Without doubt it is in a superb location. Room is sensible size and breakfast more than adequate. Reception service was excellent--they were trying very hard to help us return to the UK by all means as our return flights were cancelled due to vlcanic ash shutdown. Recommended.
“Siena, Nice Hotel”
Good quality hotel, we stayed one night and found it to be more than adequate The only missing item for us was the lack of a bath in the room as that is our preference, however the shower was excellent
“A good hotel in a super position”
A good hotel very well located, marred only slightly by the welcome, which was somewhat surly. It was a case of good in parts - one of the staff really did try and help (with parking a car and trailer - their garage is a very useful feature) whilst the other was distinctly grumpy. Rooms are clean and fairly basic, but appropriate for the price, whilst the view over the city could not be bettered, if in a rear room - I suspect those on the other side of the corridor enjoyed a view of the back of the adjacent building. Breakfast was good but don't be misled by the brochure - the attractive terrace was only available if you had the appropriate room. All in all, particularly given the location, a hotel we would use again.
“great location for visiting siena”
hotel is Ok a little old anf tired looking but has excellent parking facility at 10e pd and easily walking distance around old part of siena. good value
“Pretty good...”
Nice hotel if a bit pricey. We stayed in a superior room with a terrace which was nice. Lovely views. Food was OK. Up hill walk to the centre of town of about ten minutes. Air con was not brilliant.
