"staff were helpful during checkin and very nice to be able to park in a secure area. sncf station is not far and there are plenty of dining options around. promenanade is walkable as well. rooms were clean, comfortable. there is a balcony from the room breakfast was nice. baguette, croissant, juice, apple, coffee/tea. breakfast is served rather than a buffet. good deal overall and might stay longer next time"

"We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! "It was a good stay..Booked for 4 nights. Airconditioning of the room is very good. We were allowed to check in early. It would have been better if we have a better towels and pillows. You may or may notl get used to the noise of the train coming in and out of Cannes as said on previous reviews. Grocery stone & bakeshop are steps away."

"First of all, no staff during check in. Need to use the automachine but my booking also not recognized. Second, the reservation mention it was already paid by gift card but the owner of the hotel just don't accpet this kind of payment from Hotels.com and need to pay all the fee to finish the check-in for booking. Some facility in the room was broken and not fixed. The wall has al hole and also some hole on the roof in the bath room. Very bed experience in this B&B hotel compare to other B&B...

"We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful."
