"From helping us out with a short-notice extra night because I'd gotten my dates mixed up, to ringing around to help us organise bike hire and an endless amount of knowledge on local attractions and opportunities, the staff the Hostel Deco were friendly, astute and flexible. We thoroughly enjoyed the quaint attic-room "pidgeon coop" which was quiet and had lovely views from the 5th floor. You do need to be prepared to deal with stairs - 110 to our room, but well worth it."

"It is a very small hostel, so don't expect the massive social areas you would normally see. Beds are comfortable, there is a 20 zlotys key deposit but you get it back. Worth it for the price, very clean."

I was only disappointed that “ground and a spacious room for one person floor” while technically true at the back of building, was realistically a semi-basement with my bedroom being under street level. "Surprisingly it was better then I ever thought it would be. Clean, totally renovated, spacious, quiet and excellent value. Own bathroom and lounge. Breakfast included. Don't be fooled by the entrance as it has graffiti on the street door. Makes it easy to find. Highly recommended for all ages. Easy walk to the old city.
