"My stay at The Village was wonderful, from the moment I checked in with Jonnie. He was super friendly and helped us at all times. Our trip to Cairns was to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I can say that we had a very pleasant experience. The place is quiet and well-maintained, exactly what is needed to relax and have a good time."

"The room was really big with a lot of space, the problem was humidity, there was mold in the walls and got worse during the days we stayed. The kitchen is well equipped and has also an airfryer. The best was location really near everything supermarket , port and lagoon pool."

"My room was a 4 person room which was decent overall. The pillows were small and not sufficient. The rooms a/c barely worked and the room had a damp / wet smell and feel the whole time. This is the perfect location in town if you want a party as they have stuff going on every night. The location is perfect for anything you would wanna do in town and the price was right for sure. "

"The property is well situated and easily within walking distance to the city center, medical center and restaraunts. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there is a rental car business on site. There is no self parking on site. The shower had excellent pressure. "

"Highview is a quiet property but still close to the center. The kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for and my family and me very much enjoyed staying there. It's very spacious, so everyone can be in their own room or we can all hang out in the living room, enjoy the free Netflix and spend time together. We had an amazing time, Gina was very helpful regarding recommendations for dinner and what to do in the area. Will definitely come back! "

"It was so close to Paranella Park and so peaceful. I slept really well and Peter was a lovely host. Interesting, a good conversationalist, helpful and thoughful but also gives you your own space. "
