"Hotel in a lovely position with excellent views. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choice. Evening meal buffet style wasn't great but we only ate there the first night. There was loads of choices of restaurants very close. Ask reception for for code to the separate pool down the footpath which also leads to the lake so you can take a dip if it's ridiculously hot like it was when we went. Enjoy."

"We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "

"We always love staying at Villa Madruzzo — the staff is super kind and helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. The spa is clean and well-staffed, quiet and relaxing. Dinner seems to get better each time, excellent quality and portions. "This hotel was quite lovely, a 2 km walk from the ferry but busy enough to find, a very short walk to the lakefront, hotel was awesome it had a heated outdoor pool and a heated indoor pool plus Jacuzzi steam room and sauna all included in the price of the room, the rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, the breakfast was also, and it was extremely good with lots of choices, I would highly recommend this hotel"
